I've used it for a while (going on 4 months) and have found it to help quite a bit . Only downside is it's expensive :/ I'd say I went from like 10 to 15 pimples on my face at once to about 5. So I'm still getting some but it's much more managable. Still looking for something that can help with the scarring I still have

I have never used it but looking at the ingredients I could see how it could theoretically work: Saw palmetto, zinc, folic acid, ALA ... pretty high doses too

Yeah it's a pill. NOT topical. I had ruined my face with proactiv (dont waste your money!) and decided to go the vitamin route as well as simply washing my face twice a day (nuetrogena). I started taking zinc and was seeing some good improvements so I switched over to clearetto which has that plus a bunch of others. My face has been getting progressively better over the past 3 months. Not sure if it's totally the clearetto or just the fact that I stopped using proactive but there is a lot improvement.

I ordered CLearetto over 50 days ago and It still hasn't arrived. I called the company and have talked to many different people who keep assuring me that it will arrive. I looked up the tracking number and it was at the post office in California. I called them and they said they would send it to me...they never did. I finally called them today asking for my money back. They said that the transaction for the return will be done through email and that I will receive it soon.....I never did. DO NOT ORDER CLEARETTO its a scam. Not long after I made the initial payment my email got hacked as well and my emails disappeared.
