Hi all,

I am in a bit of a standstill as far as my skin goes. I have tried everything from the pill to antibiotics to a round of accutane I finished about a year ago. The antibiotics worked but I was on them for so long it was giving me stomach issues. When I got off of them I started getting the dreaded cystic acne. I took accurate and my skin cleared up completely from month 2. However, in the last 6 months the cysts are creeping up again. My derm has told me if I take second round it is much more likely that I will be in remission for a lot longer. But I don't know what to do, I have ordered a derma stamp in hopes of treating all of the ugly scars the cysts have left me but I know that I can't use that on tane. I am only getting 2 to 3 small cysts a month but I am still prone to scarring and I can't afford to get anymore. But at the same time my scars are making me miserable. This is so long but any opinions or similar experiences would be very helpful. The scars are rolling and ice pick I believe
