I think I destroyed parts of my skin when doing the regimen. My skin was WAY to dry all the way through, when I did it.
The acne.org moisturizer didn't work well for me. It seems that it only made my skin drier, especially the jojoba oil.
Anyway, I'm on Accutane now, and still using the acne.org moisturizer. The parts of my skin that isnt destroyed is moist and looking good, but there are parts which are destroyed by complete dryness (and previous acne).
Anyone got any recommendations for a SUPER strong moisturizer? I need one without a AHA or BHA, because I'm on Accutane (non-clogging).
I know avene is meant to be good, not sure if ive spelt it right,
There are serums which are meant to be good too, like skin cuticles is a good make but sooo expensive.
When on accutane, it is normal to have dry skin and it can sometimes be very uncomfortable. Maybe you should use a serum as they are more liquidly. I find that when i use a moisturiser, sometimes they are too thick and end up making me sticky. Use a more liquidly serum, then maybe a moisturiser after. Skin is particualry sensitive when on accutane, so use something natural or as close as as possible. Like you said, avoid exfoliating treatments.
Sorry hope it gets sorted soon.
I thought you were a millionaire, why don't you just buy a new face?

Thanks for the information. My skin is actually very moist considering im doing a 50 a day. No breaking in the lips etc. I moisturize 2-3 times a day. But certain parts of my skin are and was dried up. I need to 'penetrate' the dryness I think.
Try Elta MD Intense. Cerave, mentioned above, actually has many pore clogging ingredients.
Thanks. I will check it out!
