Hi There, this is my first time posting and I'm a bit worried. I sometimes get acne and in the past it has been bad but always managable. Yesterday I woke up with a very itchy forehead and didn't think much of it. Today it was a bit more red and swollen and now I have whiteheads all over it also whiteheads have developed on and around my chin, this came out of nowhere! I almost thought it was an allergic reaction but I haven't changed anything in my routine or diet. Last week I came back from a vacation in Hawaii and I live in a very dry, cold climate, could it be something to do with that? any ideas? maybe these things just happen and it will go away on its own?

Anyone else deal with these random breakouts!? Thx
