Sounds like a allergic reaction. Check the side effects and allergies symptoms for that medicine. I would give your derm a call see what she suggest. You don't want to let that continue.

I'm on my second course of 40/mg for 6 months, and this time my Derm prescribed Epuris (for better absorption). First time around I didn't have any eye problems (generic brand). Now on Epuris both of my lower lids got puffy/swollen/red/sore. There might be some relation to Epuris and eye swelling, since you've mentioned the brand.

I would tell your derm ASAP and have him or her make sure that your next script cannot be generic. I would assume this is an allergic reaction to something in the new brand your trying.
