hi a couple of days ago I noticed this big red bump appear. this is what it looks like as of now. what is this big red bump? a cyst? I wash my face 2x a day and try not to touch my face but I believe the bump is where I rest my hand during class! how can I get rid of or at least minimize this?thanks

Put ice on it for 30mins press into it with the ice but don't do too much pressure where it pops. If its a pimple ice will numb it and decrease the inflammation. You will notice the results in the morning, not the same day.
