about 1 and a half months ago I developed a cystic acne breakout on my cheek, its really the only acne that I get but when it comes, its bad. All of them have finally went away except there is still what appears to be a lump under my skin, coincidentally its the only one I didn't pop , it doesn't hurt at all and its not red at all, it is a bit raised and its a pretty decent size (about the diameter of a pea). It's really starting to annoy me though and I'm scared that its going to become inflamed again! Is there anything I can do?
