Hey ho People out there!
First: I'm a non-native english speaker and not very good at it. (Thanks Google Translator )
First to my person: I'm 21 years old, male, study resource management and doesn't had any problems with my skin since June 2013.
I eat very healthy with daily fresh vegetables such as peppers, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms and fruits, preferably apples and bananas.
In addition, I doesn't eat more than 2x a week meat (on weekends) and otherwise only vegetarian food.
I do regularly sports, at least 2x a week up to 4x a week.
I hardly drink alcohol (once every 2 weeks, 3-4 times beer) but at least 3 liter od still water a day and do not smoke
Stress also comes with me rare (2x a year before my exams, students life ).
I wash my Towels and pillows every 2 days and I'm not a big skin picker.
In addition, I have not taken any antibiotics in the past 6 years.
Also, other major changes weren't in my life in recent years.

In June I've started with the cleaning product of La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo and the cleaning gel from LRP to exterminate my 2-3 red dots in my face.
The first week it worked quite well and so I took the cream further.
From this time my skin was getting worse and I have emptied another 2 tubes of Effaclar MAT and Effaclar K
I made myself some suggestions and have come to the decision to smear my skin with nothing and also clean it every 2 days with warm water.
After 1 week I felt subjectively an improvement
But then came the first visit to the dermatologist who prescribed me the antibiotic cr¨me "Nadixa" to accelerate the heal process.
So unsuspecting I smeared this cr¨me on my face again. and after 2 days I got again 4-5 new pimples.
Top hoping that there is an initial deterioration, I took on the cr¨me.
I'm using it now for 6 days and my skin doesn't improved at all, rather it was worse again
Now I get the feeling (as visited shortly before my dermatologist) that my skin absolutely hate cr¨mes and I should let it completely alone.
Very good experience I have done on the 2 festivals in this "cleaning phase". There I doesn't cleaned my skin and hair for 3 days and actually getting the best skin throughout the "cleaning phase"
In summary:
For years without any maintenance = good skin (2-3 small red dots)
5 months "clean" and "care" = extreme bad skin (reddened all, about 20 pimples)
Soon I will speak again with my dermatologist if I can get something for not onto the skin (ISO or antibiotics) and will continue to do nothing with my skin.
Does any one of you have experience with such a method?
I had bad acne in my early teens then all of a sudden my face cleared up. For the LIFE of me I don't know what did it because I wasn't doing anything to it! So yes it does help. I find my breakouts are worse when I'm using treatments such as BP and other acne specific products. So give it a shot for a few weeks and see what happens!
