So for the past year i have been getting alot of pimples. Im 22 and as a teen I cant recall having any major pimple issues until I was 20. The pimples I get dont usually come to a head that I can pop and instead resemble papules and they mainly affect my cheeks. I flush going from cold to hot, exercising and hot showers which generally never lasts more than an hour. I have alot of whiteheads but the pimples are the main issue. They are generally quite flat and just pop up out of the blue. The whole ordeal has made me very obsessive over my skin with the slightest hint of redness pushing me over the edge and getting me quite depressed. I have taken accutane for 6 months and during that time my skin was flawless but 2 months after stopping the pimples and whiteheads returned to which my doctor said would indicate rosacea as acne would not return that quickly. I do not have any blackheads.
