I had a enormous cystic acne on my face a month ago and had a cortisone injection to it. The swelling has gone away but what left is a lump at the site of the cystic acne.
it will go away. The cortisone took the inflammation and swelling out, but thats it. The lump thats there will shrink over the next several weeks/months depending on how big it was.
