My face is pretty clean, no acne, I watch my face twice a day. But there is an cyst, white and small but noticable on my cheek, its been there for a month now, I barely touch it, just check it now and then to see if its still there.

Maybe because last month I ate a lot of bad food, but I have been eating healthy since I saw that thing.

I just wanna know how long usually its last, will I have it forever? and is there a way to rid of it?
