Yes, I do see that you have less cystic acne and less redness, so good job. What are you doing to manage your skin?

Axman195, your skin definitely looks like it has improved! (: Both of your cheeks have less red spots on them and your entire face has a smoother complexion.

Alright so here is my routine:

In the morning I wash my face using Cetaphil Oil Control face wash, which my dermatologist reccomended. Then I apply the Cetaphil facial moisturizer that goes with it.

Over the course of the day I try to eat really healthy, drinking lots of water and eating lots of veggies.

Also I have completely cut dairy and caffeine out of my diet. That means milk and cheese and chocolate as well as soda pop or coffee, I haven't had any of the above in about 6 months or so and that seemed to make the biggest difference.

Then at night I was my face again using the same face wash, and apply epiduo gel right before I go to bed. Also right before I go to bed I take a tetracycline pill.

I try to sleep on my back which prevents my face from touching the pillowcase.

That's my routine! And thanks everyone for saying how much I have improved, that's so awesome!!
