I may have a folliculitis which looks like acne but isn't. How do you treat it?

I have tried Accutane, Epiduo, BP, Regimen, Nizoral, Differin, Itrazonacole (Sporanox) but they haven't helped much.

Antibiotics seemed to help as long as I took them but I can't be sure. I only took them about 1 month.

try tea tree oil...dilute it with water if it's too strong for you. I had folliculitis and got rid of it with a mixture of tea tree and oil of oregano. I also got a facial and the esthetician extracted the infected hair follicles and then did a peel and high frequency.

Some people have luck with nizoral shampoo but I never tried it.
