Hello ppl,

 

I heard that optimal dose to balance my VIT D3 in blood is around 5000IU. OK. I bought http://www.nowfoods.com/Vitamin-D-3-1000-IU-180-Softgels.htm ........ Ok. It has 1000IU .. Does it mean that i have to take 5x pills per day =5000 IU... and if Yes. Can I take them all in once? Thank you!!!

Yes, just take 5. You can take them all at once or spread it out. Some people do better with it spread out. Personally I feel the best when I take it all at once with lunch.
