Someone help please

I get these red bumps on my face once in a while and on my right side of my face (cysts) that took forever to go and some marked my face luckily they have been fading NOW on my left side I got two red bumps and they hurt. I have a pimple directly under a birth mark and another pimple under it. I wash my face with cetaphil I've been using apple cider vinegar after wards than I apply either benzoyl peroxide on it or neosporin sometimes saliyic acid. I don't want my face to scar up so I haven't squeezed it at all.
