What Is This? Mild Cystic Acne, Ingrown Hair Or What?

So I used to suffer from serious cystic acne, however after Accutane this never returned. (Though whiteheads did). Today I suddenly had all these big bumps on my face, and I'm terrified my cystic acne is returning! Do you guys know if this is cystic acne?

It definitely doesn't look like cystic acne to me but it's quite hard to tell what it might be from the photo. Are the bumps painful to touch?

Well in my experience if they don't hurt then at least they're probably not cysts! Not sure what else they could be though. Have you changed the detergent you wash your clothes or pillow cases in recently?

they look rather flat. Are they growing to become pustules/papules?
