Yes accutane brings everything to the surface and does it quickly. The epiduo I'd doing the same thing from the outside in. Accutane will do it from the inside out so I suppose your IB if you get one might not be as bad since you've done some purging already with the epiduo.

But don't look at your IB as a bad thing it's a sign the topical or the accutane is doing its job. It's working. First things first you need to get all the bad stuff from underneath out so when that is happening I look at it as it being the first step towards clear skin. If you do take accutane there is no doubt you will become clear.
