I've had acne on my face, chest and back, but never my forearms. It's been going on for about a month and it's been getting worse. I wash very well and live a clean, healthy lifestyle, so this is really confusing me. I've never heard of this before. They aren't like regular pimples, most don't have puss, most are just bumps on my skin. It's scaring me and I would love it if someone could explain what the hell is going on. Thank you.
