Microbeads Question

This is a general question regarding the "microbeads" found in many facial scrubs. I know it is probably not ideal to use products that contain these in the first place since they have the potential to damage skin, but I was wondering if anyone thinks the following scenario could be a likely contributor to some acne I experience:

I typically wash with a facial scrub that has very small, rounded microbeads, and I follow washing using a small amount of jojoba oil to moisturize. I recently noticed that it takes A LOT of rinsing to get rid of every single microbead after washing, and I believe that in the past months I may not have been getting rid of all of these little beads prior to moisturizing. My question is, if even one or two of these beads were leftover on my face after washing, and I applied the jojoba oil (accidentally on top of these one or two beads), would this have a significant potential to clog these one or two spots directly?

The reason I think it may do this is because after much "self examination" of my washing routines, I realize I tend to habitually rinse off my cheeks and forehead the most (not sure why, I just do), and I have come to notice these leftover beads are usually around the chin/jawline area, where they tend to collect. Any acne I have is almost always around that chin area. Otherwise my face is pretty clear. I know this is a pretty specific question that would be hard to really diagnose, but it was just a thought I had, and wondered if anyone had any opinions on this, or if it's a "plausible scenario" versus a minor possibility for the cause of this acne . Thanks!

Avoid anything with 'microbeads'. Scrubs just cause irritation and irritation causes acne. It's much better to use a chemical exfoliant like AHA. You can damage your pores and cause scarring using scrubs.

Gentle cleansers are the way to go. Possibly even just use your jojoba oil in place of your cleanser right now.
