Ok so Sunday morning my chest was clear other than 1 or 2 small spots. It was really hot and humid and I worked outside all day. When I came in to take a shower my chest was covered in red bumps. I dont think its acne because I dont think it would show up like that in less than 1 day. Any ideas?

Some of those just look like little whiteheads. I get those after I shave my chest. It's definitely not acne, it'll clear up as quick as you got them if you keep the area clean.
The other red marks just looks like healing ones or red marks from previous acne in that area. Or it's just irritation.
Have you shaved your chest recently or sweat a lot during some kind of sport?
