Alright i know my other post was a little ridiculous my face isnt bad at all. But the main reason i joined this was to ask for help on my body acne. I have a lot of acne and scars on my back and my upper arm and its really embarrassing. This honestly took a lot of courage for me to post. I hate not being able to wear certain things because of this. Is it bad enough that i need to see a dermatologist?

I apologize for the gross pictures lol.

There are many people that can relate to your situation. Body acne is just as common as the face and is defiantly treatable. The regime also can be used for body acne and a lot of people have had success with it. if your speak to a GP or dermatologist they will more than likely give you an antibiotic, which may be beneficial. Do you touch your skin on your shoulders?, because this will defiantly cause irritation. Also one last thing is that there is a body acne forum on here that may be more related to your issue where you can receive more specific recommendations and advice, all the best.

its not severe.its really mild.

however, that doesnt mean u should stop seeking cure.

it could be hormonal (which i think body acne usually is) and/or for any body product u use.

keep a track.

do u have issues with ur cycle?

how's ur diet and lifestyle?

do u take any medication?

what are the topicals including soap etc u use?

Moderate I'd say. Have you tried oral antibiotics or a hormonal treatment such as birth control pills or spironolactone?

Topical treatments would be hard to apply on your back unless you asked someone else to do it.
