Breakouts From Pillows And Blankets Please Help

I noticed that when I sleep on my back I don't get pimples.

But if I sleep on my left side I get pimples on the right side of my body.

And if I sleep on my right side I get pimples on the left side of my body.

I think its my pillows and blankets.

Can you guys recommend some pillows and blankets that wont cause acne.

Hmm... do you shower and wash your face / do any kind of part of a regimen before sleeping? How often do you clean your sheets and pillows? And what kind of detergent do you use? All of those things can be factors!

cotton pillows and use pure cotton covers as well.

or just use clean t shirt to cover the pillows.
