Two Semi-Pimples (?) On The Nose.. Help Please

Hi all.. I've been religiously following the regimen for 2 weeks now, have witnessed no new acne breakout since then except for my nose neutral.gif

I had had a small pimple on the side of my nose which had started to clear up after suffering for a week and i was happy (the dark spot on the upper left of the image), but then just 48 hours ago, the tip of my nose and a bit above it (the second red spot to the upper right) started paining like hell and became reddish (the usual signs of an impending breakout).

I managed to limit them to these small bumps using BP as a spot treatment for these two all day long, while still continuing with the regimen.. they are still quite noticeable but at least the pain has gone.

Already had a breakout on my right cheek with a cluster of 3-4 painful bumps which is still healing, and i am pretty sure leaving a nice big scar..further deteriorating my mood.

But to hell with those on the cheek, what can i do to make these nose semi-bumps heal a bit faster?

All this is severely affecting my social life; starting with a great new job on Monday.. wanted to be in better spirits for it.

Any help is deeply appreciated. smile.png

Thank you.

I'm not very keen on applying heaps of topical creams on zits.I have done that and have reaped it's "benefits".May i suggest you to apply ice on it to alleviate the swelling? Also do try your best at not touching it.It would only aggravate the pimple.

Well perseverance92, its after around 8 years of constantly trying to avoid these topical treatments while keeping myself squeaky clean and still consistently getting these breakouts that i have resorted to the regimen given here.

And yes, i have been using ice since yesterday on them. I guess the BP and ice is the reason they haven't grown to their full proportions.
