I work from 11:00pm to 7:30am...I usually take a shower right after work and apply Dans reg..And whenever I wake up around 3 or 4 I just splash my face with water. Then I'll apply the reg. again right before work. 3rd shift messes me all up. Would this be a good schedule to follow by?

That's pretty much what I do, I haven't tried anything else but that seems to be the most convenient way for me.

if u r specifically asking about whether or not that way of using regimen will be okay,then u can ask for regimen assistance.

also,since sleep for 7-8hrs(9 if u can) and eat healthy to compensate any drawback due to the schedule issues.
