I get enough sleep most days.. I should probably stress out less though.
I have little to no dairy in my diet, same with sugar. I've been thinking about doing a gluten test though. Could gluten really make my face look like this if im intolerant?
I already tried clindamycin
Perhaps I could try a BHA wash. any suggestions?
What else could i be doing? sometimes i feel like there is a lot of red marks there... but at the same time not. it's hard for me to explain, but it's like my whole face is red, except some small areas that are normal skin color.. so i don't really know if i should treat this as acne, red marks, both or something else?
