Hi just want to ask is it okay if i take vit d3, zinc & fish oil at the same time. im worried if the effect would not effective as taking separately.

I also take those and I take them together with no problems. Ignore the comment about multi-vitamins, they don't contain fish oil, and not much Zinc or D3. How are you doing with these? I just started not too long ago, so I haven't seen results yet.
