They said that when you allow yourself to be a little tan on the beach, your pimples will dry up and go away. So I really was happy that we had an outing yesterday because I had pimples on my forehead and on my cheeks.

The thing is, I totally forgot to wear sunscreen. And I was on the beach for like 6 hours. It was normally hot. Added to that, the beach was not clean because there were sea weeds and some trash that were probably from the Summer Sunscream held there last Sarurday.

Oh, and I had my first day period yesterday. So yeah, it was kind of uncomfortable. But of course, because I was on the beach, it stopped.

At the end of the day, my pimples really did dry up but my face, I think, was sunburnt. I looked so red, like a tomato, and it kind of hurt. But I thought it was okay because the good thing was that my pimples were gone. When I showered, I used Beuche (orange soap, I think for whitening and stuff) to clean my face from the sea water and all.

That night, I researched on how you should soothe sunburn on the face, and it stated that you were not supposed to put on soap. I was really scared because I washed my face that afternoon with the Beuche soap. But my hopes were up because it also stated that you can put on moisturizers so that it would not dry up. So I used the moisturizers that I usually used every night. It was Human Nature 100% Natural Moisturizing Night Cream with Plant Collagen and Human Nature 100% Natural Sunflower Beauty Oil.

This morning, I noticed there were white dots on my face. Mostly there were on my forehead, but there were also on my nose, my cheeks, and there was one on my upper lip. I don't know if they are pimples or they were blisters, but they looked like they were small pimples. I really panicked because they were not there yesterday. So what I did was wash my face with soap again, but this time, it was Human Nature All-Natural Fragrance-free Soap because my mom said that it was okay because it was all-natural and it was gentle to the skin. After that, I put on my usual morning moisturizer, Human Nature 100% Moisturizing Day Fluid. After, I put ice on it because it kind of hurt. To be honest, i pricked some of them, but not all of them because it really hurt when i pricked them because of my sunburn. After lunch, I again put ice on my face.

This evening, I noticed that they multiplied. They are near my left eye, my forehead and on my cheeks. I showed my mom what happened and told her what I did but she just ignored me. :( I suggested if I should go to the doctor or dermatologist but she said that that would just waste her money.

I don't know what to do. I don't now if this will get any worse tomorrow or the following days. No one is helping me here in our home and I really do need help. Please help me acne.org. You're the only hope I could go to :'(

Dont freak out, let the sunburn heal... and then go from there. DONT OVER USE products, and dont keep changing things, they will cause more irritation. If you are starting to break out, read some posts on here, there are many helpful topics etc

. Ps- using the sun is only a short term solution for acne- best of luck :)
