I used to drink ALOT of water throughout middle school, it was to a point where my parents went to the doctor to ask them why I drink so much. However over the summer, I just stopped drinking alot of water, and I started breaking out. This whole year, I've had severe acne on my face and back. It's ruined my life. Over spring break, I decided to drink 4-5 glasses of water and my skin was completely clear during that week.
I have such severe acne and it doesn't seem like all this can happen just because I don't drink enough water but it all fits together. If Water is really the solution, than do I have to constantly drink 4-5 glasses every day just to not break out?
I have noticed if I drink a litre to two a day for 2 weeks my skin looks healthy and clearer but I never stick to it...but I will now lol
aw and one of my friend who had acne more than mine actually started drink one litre of water a day for 2 months and now her skin is supper clear and ofcourse she uses acne med but drinking water helped her ALOT!!
