I get pimples/spots every now and then but when I do get them I get like 2-3 at once dunno why. Also I have black heads around my nose.

I've heard taking supplement is good, I know they dont remove your spot straight away, but I know they will keep skin good.

Basically, what should I get? There are vitamin A,B,C,D,E,F,G etc lol god know what others. So I was wondering what should I buy? Ive heard Vitamin C is good for skin? May someone help me out please thank you :D

ALso that vitamins to avoid?

Sevenseas MultiBionta is a really good multivitamin. My hearing and eye sight actually got better when I started taking it, plus it has some great probiotics in it too. Vitamin D also made a world of difference in my skin and over all mood. I take a variety of supplements, but those 2 are the best. Also try eating an egg a few days a week - that increased my skin's thickness and elasticity a tonne, not to mention makes my hair grow faster.

Vitamin D is very good for skin. I can't remember where it said it but a study once linked vitamin D defficiency to acne. A defficiency in pretty much anything is no good for you in general, and hence your skin, which is an elimination organ. I live in a very low light area and wear sunscreen on my face everyday so I take ab out 5000ius a day.
