First off, I am already 23 years old and pimples and tiny bumps started appearing on my forehead. I was one of the lucky girls who did not get alot of pimples during their puberty. I was wondering why is it happening now and why on forehead only? Facts to consider:

-Pimples started appearing about a year ago

-It did not go away after that. There seems to be pimples everyday. One day some will be gone and then next day another will replace the old pimple

-I sleep at least 8hrs a day but I sleep starting at 12am

-I dont put products on my face

-I wash my face with face wash before sleeping

Do you have bangs? have you tried changing shampoo? do you put product in your hair? Just apply some benzoyl peroxide at night.
