Long story short: I had a really tiny zit that I wanted out of my face. I squeezed and squeezed and in the end, the zit was still there, but I was missing basically the layer of skin that was on top of it before. So now I have this red circle on my nose (it's not huge or deep. maybe 1/2 cm across.) where there's no top layer of skin.

About 30 min ago, I put vitamin E cream on it, and then just put a band-aid on top. I googled for solutions, and everyone recommended Neosporin, which I don't have.

Basically my options are vitamin E cream, tea tree oil, Jergens moisturizer, Duac gel, and assorted benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid treatments. What do you recommend I do? I need it to heal (preferably without scabbing over, because that whole part takes forever) as soon as possible. Tomorrow morning would be great, Tuesday morning is necessary, and if it's still there on Wednesday, I might cry.
