Could be the high salt content or the spike in your blood sugar from all the carbs in the ramen. Perhaps if it is green tea you are drinking your body does not agree with the caffeine

I react in a similar way to certain foods high in caffeine, dairy, salt or sugar.

I flush in the face after consuming too much of any of these,

and sometimes get a few painful cysts;

Though any number of foods can cause this inflammation.

Maybe try cutting one of these out of your diet for a week and so on

to establish a pattern?

And drink plenty of cool, pure water to push the toxins out quicker.

Hope this helps. :)

I'm so happy to hear that! There's nothing better than the simplest solution to an irritating problem.

I wish you continued success. wink.png
