Personally, I think it will be hard to avoid an IB, no matter what you start at. From what I've read, it seems like people get an IB when they first start as well as when they increase their dose... so might as well start at a higher dose and get it over with. I started at 40 mg and had a horrible IB, was raised to 80 mg, and had another IB....

The dosage is determined by your weight. It's hard to say if it's a big dosage since we don't know how much you weigh.
