I have a ton of red marks and brown marks on my face. Recently i got a pimple on the side of my face that has been there for like 1 week. Normally the pimple goes away after i use a cream called neutrogena acne defense lotion and after few days the pimple would get smaller.

However, this pimple has stayed the same size the whole time. I'm worried about this. Also, this pimple is like at that bone part of my upper cheek. Should i be worried its more than just a regular pimple? I don't recall ever having something like this ever that it doesn't even get smaller after a few days. I'm 26/male asian.
