Do you use accutane atm? Or just cetaphil and psyillum husk?

Also bro did you get really depressed or stressed when you had your breakouts, or you just remained cool and calm?

Did you get any stress or anxiety??

I did not follow through with accutane because my cysts started going away with consistent use of Clindamycine 1%phosphate lotion (once in the morning, once at night).

I take 2 scoops of phyllium husk once every week now, and Ive had no cysts for about a month! its great

Wash your face with cetaphil once in the morning, and once at night. Also, whenever you do wash your face with cetaphil (which you should in the morning, and night, and whenever you feel its oily\dirty), then use the lotion I mentioned above.

When I first had my breakout, I was severely depressed and stressed.. you dont even know.. I just wanted to shut the lights and stay in my room so no one could possibly see me... it was really bad

VERY thankfully, I've had no cysts ever since I stuck to this regimen of just Cetaphil and Clindamycin.. and occasionally the physslium husk powder.. I get just oil glands that are easily manageable... thank God.. Ive gained my life back just stick through with my regimen if you have cysts and I feel it will help

All the best.. I will post updated pictures soon to show you how I'm doing now since those pics are kinda outdated

JUNE 9TH, 2013 UPDATE!!! A VERY HAPPY ONE, THANKFULLY

I'll keep this short! Being fed up with using all these damn topicals and lotions, I started doing 1 regimen only for the last 3 months and it has worked BEAUTIFULLY, and it is exactly what I said I was doing since my last post:

REGIMEN = Cetaphil face wash for normal to oily skin only during my daily shower, then pat drying my face and using Clindamycin Phosphate 1% lotion. THATS IT! I did this religiously every day, and EVERYTHING has cleared up. All I get now are the usual oil gland pimples that are TOO small to even see, and tend to go away after some cleaning.

I am happy to say that I have conquered my papules\cystic acne, and I hope that you guys will also find your results. I will keep this thread updated as much as I can, depending on my results. I have posted NEW photos below and they are dated for June 9th, 2013 (TOOK TODAY). Thank you to everyone who helped out and hopefully I wont have to bear through this again.

THIS IS THE EXACT EDIT I MADE TO MY ORIGINAL POST. HERE ARE THE PICTURES (WHICH ARE ALSO ATTACHED TO THE ORIGINAL POST ALREADY):

To be honest, I was in your place not too long ago. I stopped using multiple items to get my acne under control, and just stuck to ONE medication and ONE cleanser.

For you: Try one thing out for at least 2 weeks, and see if you see even the SMALLEST improvement. If you already have an item that you feel gives you at least a minimum result, then stick to ONLY that for 1-2 months. My dermatologist gave me 3 prescriptions at once, one topical, one face pad, and one lotion, and I've only been using the one lotion by itself (clindamycin phosphate 1%). Also, if you dont mind me asking, what type of acne do you have, and how long, etc? Pictures maybe? I'd love to help out if you need.
