Appeared about 3-4 days ago

Thought it was a bug bite at first

coming closer to the fact that its a nodule/cyst of some kind

I do have mild-moderate acne...mostly just dark/red marks now

my face is sensistive and scars easily

Any info or help on what it is and how to get rid of it would be great
