So basically my parents refuse to get me a treatment (It won't ever happen). I am extremely depressed and don't really know how to cope with it. How do I keep going knowing its only getting worse? (These pictures are good, trust me. Its WAYYY worse than this right now, and you can't see my left cheek in the pic) I am 15 and live in the UK!

I believe you can heal your acne through knowledge and good eating.

Here are a few tips :

- Stop drinking

- Stop smoking

- Don't drink milk

- Don't eat bread

- Eat more vegetables, but avoid the ones high in carbohydrates (nutritiondata.com to look up the nutrition facts)

- Get more regular exercise

- Sleep regularly

- Be gentle on your face

- Cut out all sugars

- less than 100g carbs a day

- eat more saturated fats

- avoid processed food and junk food

that is true but for that you need time, money and dedication. As for me personally I need the money, I would literally give 3 of my fingers to have clear skin.

What?

I'm sorry, but what you just said makes no sense. Eating healthy does not require money - just a bit of sacrifice.

The only part of your statement that makes sense is : dedication.

And dedication can lead to clear skin. I suppose it is just a matter of how long someone can go with acne before they decide to change their lifestyle a bit.
