I've been using epiduo and it works okay, but I'm left with all these dark marks and redness and I really would like to have a good moisturizer.

Please help!

Hi, check my thread out about Apple Cider Vinegar, I read threads on this forum about it and decided to try it out for myself, all info is on that thread it's found in personal log section. Should help with redness :)

Your skin actually isn't all that bad. We are our own worst critic. Anyways, regardless it's how we feel about ourselves. The dark marks on your skin will fade on it's own, probably within a month or so. And since you're on an acne treatment, you probably shouldn't add in any other chemicals or exfoliators to speed it along because it could irritate your skin. Acne that is caused by irritation is inevitable because it's not from clogged pores or bacteria which is what your treatment is made to prevent. So i'd wait it out, unless you're comfortable taking the risk. If so, Salicylic Acid will help promote faster fading of it, same with other chemical exfoliators. Not ones with a gritty texture, that could make your over all skin worse. Lemon juice can also lighten it by bleaching it in a way. I think same Apple cider vinegar. Look up recipes for dark mark lightening. Hope i helped (:
