Hi! First off, your skin looks fine! A couple pimples, but hey it's life. :)

I had a similar problem to you not too long ago and I've figured out how to stop it! I really like using all natural products, I tried chemicals and different skin care lines and the fragrances and acids in them irritated my skin.

This is my 100% natural and organic routine that has made my skin 100% clear in the past WEEK.

I use Nubian African Black Soap Bar 3 times a day (morning, post-workout, bedtime). I am serious when I say it is amazing. It's a couple bucks at an organic grocery store and works wonders. At bedtime I use my Clarisonic Mia Brush with the soap, but it's expensive and if you can't spend the money for it don't worry, the soap exfoliates plenty, I just like a little extra OOMPH.

After washing my face, I mix a little Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, water, and one drop of Tea Tree Oil together in the ACV cap. Put that on a cotton ball and use as a toner.

For moisturizer, either Pure Aloe Vera or I take a damp, warm washcloth and put a couple drops of Tea Tree Oil on it and hold against my entire face for a couple minutes.

I hope this works as well as it works for me :)

All the best

Like the naturalness SkyIsborn. Totally agree with only using natural products. We are nature, and our bodies utilize nature really efficiently. Also there is some strong stuff in nature, which is why when using things like tea tree oil/ACV, you only need a tiny amount.

What's your diet like KashishGarg? Dairy? Sugar? Refined carbs? GMO's?

There's some universally accepted things that are known to be triggers for many acne sufferers, so i'm curious as to what you eat

in morning I take Milk with Corn Flakes, In lunch I eat normal Indian Lunch ( Vegetables with Roti ), and in dinner I eat same as lunch but different vegetables or dish.

I eat chichen 2-3 days a week, I drink Whiskey 2-3 days a week ( 2-3 glasses per day, 50ml per glass )

I don't generally eat junk food or any food from outside.. just eat them very rarely like once a week.

No Tea, No Coffee.

There are some basic things that are generally agreed upon in the nutrition section that you could be doing diet wise.

A) Eliminate dairy consumption. No cheese, milk, yoghurt

B) Eliminate consumption of refined sugars/high fructose syrups

C) Eliminate consumption of refined carbohydrates (so you're cereal would have to be replace with something like fruit, or fruit smoothie)

D) This one is debatable, but it is the single greatest cause in many acne sufferers on these forums. Gluten. Try not consuming it for a month or two and see how your skin reacts. If you need a list of gluten containing grains, i'm sure i could find one for you

E) Begin consuming large quantities of fresh, organic, raw vegetables and fruits. Doesn't mean you have to only eat raw, just make them a large part of your diet. Nuts and dried fruits are also a great option, unless you are allergic to nuts or a certain type of fruit.

F) Try to consume fluoride free water. Do you live in India? I'm not sure if the water is fluoridated there or not.

G) Alcohol. This is a tough one, but alcohol can disrupt hormonal balance, thus affecting the activity in your pores. You might wean yourself off of drinking, or at least drink less at a time.

In place of milk, you can drink almond milk, coconut milk, and rice milk. Eggs are not dairy, so they are still fine to eat. Unless you have an allergy to them. Also if you do have an allergy to them, it's likely to go away if you consume the eggs raw. And then, i'd only consume organic, free range eggs, as they don't have all the crap in them that is given to the chickens.

One more thing. And this is a great way to get a good amount of readily absorbable nutrition. Green smoothies. Basically fruit smoothies that you add a ton of spinach or various other greens to. Chlorella is also a great thing to add to these. You can make the smoothies with a 100% fruit juice of choice, or one of the milk alternatives. Here's a link to a thread discussing this. But when you blend all of these nutrient dense foods up, they become very easily absorbable/accessible. The more you blend, the more cell walls are broken down revealing all the nutrients locked inside. Lots of things here, i know, but if you truly want to rid yourself of acne, there are some sacrifices you'll have to make.
