in my experience, whiteheads or those realllllly small pimples that barely leave anything behind. cysts are definitely the worst and pustules/nodules.

Haha . I found it funny how you worded your question. I would of said "What's the easiest to treat form of acne."

But to answer your question this way; the hardest to treat acne is cysts/nodules/postules.
