Can you guys tell me what this exactly is that i have? I don't have anything that pops out and i havent had any breakouts in a long time actually, except for maybe 1 or 2 by my nose or something. But I broke out alot this year and I've had these marks left since, been trying to heal them with everything idk what to do :/

Lemon seems to be helping over this past week, tried honey mask last night woke up to no improvements maybe veryy slightly less red maybe.

Btw lemon has actually really helped the appearance, but when i look closely into my skin i feel like i have all those red spots still there, just less noticable and maybe deeper in my skin or something. Idk whats going on. help please any insight or advice.
