Tons Of Clogged Pores? Help!

Since march of this year, I've been dealing with clogged pores. They started out under my eyes, on the apples of my cheeks, and on my forehead. All thanks to this Clean & Clear regimen I started (consisted of the blackhead scrub with salicylic acid, and the daily cleanser with benzoyl peroxide). I had found it on here, and it was a really old thread, but I saw so many comments from people saying it worked, so I tried it. Instead it gave me clogged pores. Something I had never dealt with before. Gradually, as the months went on, they spread and spread, and now they cover my entire face!! I currently use Noxzema Original Deep Clean Cleansing Cream, but I read that, that can clog pores, so I plan on switching. What can I do to get rid of them? What face wash should I use? I have oily, acne-prone skin, and hyperpigmentation as well. Please help. I'm desperate Dx
