Hi there!
I am 24yr old male and have been suffering from acne since grade 10. About 4 or 5 months ago I went on a streak with no acne breakouts!!! That changed this last month, about 2 days after I moved - and breakouts have constantly been occurring ever since the move (for about a month now!) Nearly every day I'd get a pimple or even a giant cyst with no head!
I didn't really change my diet, am still drinking the same amount of water, still taking the same supplements, still getting the same amount of sleep, still training at the gym just as much, and still using the same regimen I've been using.
I think the problem may be when I sleep... I kind of have the bad habit of sleeping with my face buried in my pillow. I try to sleep on my back or side but that's not happening. With the new bed/environment I might be rubbing my face against the pillow even more?
I try to compensate by replacing and washing my pillow case every single day. But I fear this is not enough.
What should I do? (if this is in fact the problem - it may be something else entirely). I heard of anti-bacterial pillow cases, but they seem to be in 'beta' phase...
Any help would be greatly appreciated..

hi
i got into the habit of sleeping on my back only about 3 years ago, but like you i moved and started to turn in my sleep and wake up on my side and i cant stop it, i think it may have a small affect on my skin but really acne is predominately caused from internal damage not external.
