My right cheek is always getting pimples especially when my period is approaching.. there's this particular cluster of pimples on the side of my right cheek that never seemed to heal. They don't hurt at all when I press on them, aren't really that red.. They are very small, less than half of a pinky fingernail in size but I can feel them. There are about 4 on the same spot and feels bumpy. The pimples in this area tend to flare up randomly and don't come to a head, and then settle down and become smaller, but there are still bumps underneath. I can't seem to get rid of them!! They have been there for MONTHS!! I've tried BP, exfoliating, popping them (to no avail because they never come to a head) etc... still they are there.. I think I might have a lot of dormant acne because when I get new pimples they always come to a head and go away but these pimples never come to a head please help..
