I do think PRP with microneedling is the real deal, but...not for your type of scarring I would think. Your scars are too deep. I think a good doc would probably recommend some punch techniques on you and maybe some TCA. Get under the care of a really good specialist and make sure you don't waste any more hard earned cash!

one derma said consider dermabrasion or tca, the place where i did morpheus 8 from, that doc said dermabrassion woudnt work as morpheus 8 is stronger, she has reffered me to her professor, so lets see what she says.
What are your thoughts on dermabrassion for me
Dermabrasion can be great when it works well because it completely ablates the skin. But, to be honest it scares me. It requires a human hand to be skilled and not mess up.
To me ablative laser seems like a safer alternative. Lasers can also completely ablate the skin, but can do it in a more controlled manner than human hands.
But even so, I still think your scars in particular are deep. I don't know if even dermabrasion or laser will get deep enough. That's why I suspect some punch techniques might be what would be advised, and maybe some TCA to hit them one by one too.

True it scared me too but it helped my scars so massively that if I'm an outlier so be it but for the record I have many more scars just far less deep than his. He has to probably find an expert that will first do some sort of excision or revision then other things like subcision or filler or even resurfacing.
Dermabrasion only works well with icepicks but not large ones that are deep that's my impression. Needs healthy skin in between to "blend".
That's what I'd suggest. No way would I go near needling or any minor stuff. Guy needs an expert and I seriously hope you can make progress and get some good results.
