Looks like you have some active acne, so take care of that first.

Then, once you're completely clear you can check out scar treatments, which in your case I'm guessing would be minimal. Maybe a little subcision or little local lasering or something. You'd want to be in the hands of a qualified and experienced doc for that. But first things first, get totally clear and prevent any future scarring.
