@dan I was thinking of tca cross combined eco2 laser by lutronic with exosomes or prp , Im unsure what would be best for my scars though I have an appointment with a cosmetic dermatologist in 20 days and treatment on same day , he will give me advice on what treatment there is to do , my questions were what type of improvement is possible I have a good amount of money to spend so price isnt a limiting factor , I just wanted to know what improvements can I expect? and what treatment do you think I will be recommended?

I'm a little worried about you getting advice and a treatment on the same day, unless you take your time first and learn about all the various treatments so you know whether you agree with their advice when they give it to you.

Also, definitely don't tell them you have plenty of money. Tell them you are willing to invest in this but you are not made of money and you want to make sure you are getting the biggest bang for your buck.

Your scars look pretty shallow to me, but a few icepicks here and there. So I would imagine TCA combined with laser makes sense. Just make sure you've learned about all the options first. I'm excited to follow along.

@dan yes I know treatment and advice is frowned upon on the same day . Im unsure what to do Im in the uk and the reason for treatment and advice on same day is because I live 3 hours from london and thats the only place I can find that offers these specialised treatments in combination, I am going to dr.anil because he has good reviews , he also took the time out of his day to call me and discuss my concerns for free , I was going to seek consultation with dr.Emil but it is a long journey to Denmark , I have done a lot of research and anil seems like the best in london review based , I also asked some good questions regarding fat loss with rf , subcision , and laser and he gave good answers , such as , I will use different depths to avoid this also I will use different energy levels I have money to spend but Im not made of money I just set aside some for these treatments Im young so I have that opportunity , the scars are very new around 6 months and I just turned 20 not long ago so I hope that helps with collagen , if there are any other doctors uk based you would recommend that would be great , also thank-you for your reply.

I would think it's a possibility that it would help if your doc and you agree. If you're doing subcision, learn first about subcision with suction, and be sure to ask your doc about it.

And always remember, this is your face! Not your doctors face. Stay your own advocate fiercely and make sure you're under the care of the right person with the right tools.
