Had cleaned shaved which make the scars look brutally bad, Last 1 year kept beard and it seems i get deeper scars under a beard. Also I feel good cleaned shaved. From side angles i take pictures its looks brutally bad. Last 12-15 months have been socially isolating my self a lot and would wanna start living life but then facial scars are not letting me. My skin was quite okay ( didnt hit the point to upset me ) but post getting covid and I feel its got a lot of worse.

Every dermatologist sells what they have and most of them just hate says to avoid on the other treatments which just confuses me.

My original dermat said dont do anything, nothing will work 🙁 - wants me to start humira injections. seems a bit extreme.

dermat 2 - made me do 3 sessions of rf morpheus 8 needling - didnt help. both derm 1 and 2 said no to tca and laser :(((

dermat 3 - tca cross + sub+ fracitonal laser. + said excision for the bigger scars, either punch for the round ones or else excision. promised 35% better results without excision and 60% better with excision. - Very arrogant though.

dermat 4 - pretty senior lady did check up with subsission and said nothing can be done.

plastic surgeon 1 - island excision of entire cheek but then my family stepped in and stopped it. ( last year )

plastic surgeon 2 - excision on the big ones, said it not worth it but if patient not comfortable then we can do the big ones and recommended keeping a beard.

Plastic surgeon 3 - recosma laser 6-15 sessions, said my face will be pigmented during the recosma treatments and post recosma will do another laser to remove pigmentaion but again and again keeps insisting 90% results. - clinic was far away from the city and very poorly maintained, felt it was unhygenic. atleast all other places ive visited are clean decently looking places.

consulted a few more online dermats, one who advertises fancy stuff said she wont be able to treat it. another said co2 laser but didnt discuss details, will visit them soon. others said go to plastic surgeon.

Im 31, i usually look older then i am anyway and keeping a beard and people say i look in my 40s, I really feel good clean shaved but then scars are easily visible. uploaded a pic with a beard to. they are left and right cheek both sides have scars
