Mate, there is no treatment that works imo these doctors just like to take your money. As a matter a fact doctors mostly worsen your condition like it happend to myself. I see a lot of people with problemes here but I dont see results from real people only from shady accounts that all of a sudden disappear

This is not accurate. I saw vast, if not miraculous improvement from my youth with harsh dermabrasion but it too had flaws. But without a doubt it was life changing. I think I agree with you that doctors "mostly" or ignorant prescribe flawed treatments, money hustles or just things like that. But there are things out there that really do either improve or do amazing things. The problem is it's not a uniform result and it's not something you can just do diligence. Half of it is luck, other half is experience/diligence, among other things.

I don't disagree with you I haven't seen results like mine on this board many times but it's probably because they shaved my entire cheeks off and again it still left flaws in different ways (texture/folds whatever else).

As for the OP, his appearance is really good. I get why it bothers him it would bother anyway in society but at the same time, some light scarring near the temple isn't a deal breaker. Most people would notice maybe but not think anything of it. I wouldn't make things worse, but if he has to the only thing I could think of is some subcision or something. You can't risk it with super aggressive stuff in low fat areas.
