I have mild-moderate tethered atrophic scars. No pigmentations issues.

Over the years I've tried acid peels and microdermabrasion in clinics like RiverMedical (and others) and most recently 3 rounds of fractional non-ablative laser (The Institute of Dermatology, Dublin). I've seen no improvement from any of these procedures. I've had one subcision with Dr Tracy at the Ailesbury Clinic, Dublin. But I'm hesitant to go back to him for more (nice man but.....christ on a bike).

Has anyone had or is having successful treatments with a dermatologist/plastic surgeon within Leinster (will travel within Ireland for though)?
